With wedding receptions, birthday celebrations and more just around the corner, find the perfect party dress for the occasion at Circa Vintage in Wayzata. During any week you stop by, there’s an average of 150–200 dresses to choose from.
Owner Laura McPhillips says there are looks from the flapper styles of the ’20s to the avant-garde ’80s, but “everything is special!” As for snagging a dress for herself to keep, she says, “I practice a lot of restraint.”
You’ll find vintage costume jewelry at Circa Vintage, too, from bold earrings to bright broaches. It’s all cleaned and polished before it’s sold, just like every bit of clothing is laundered or dry cleaned.
McPhillips pays close attention to quality and says, “We’re very selective with what we buy.” Get a sneak peak of the cream of the crop at circavintage.org or on etsy.com through the circa2009 store.
