½-mile circuit as many times as they can, to raise dollars

We Can Ride 23rd Annual Chefs' Brigade Dinner

What:  We Can Ride's 23rd
Annual Chefs' Brigade Dinner will celebrate New Beginnings this year in honor
of the successful move to the Medina location in the Three Rivers Park
District.  The event will be held at the Edinburgh Country Club and will
be emceed by KARE11's own Jeff Edmondson. The evening will commence with a

Happy Hour for Hunger

ICA Food Shelf is
excited to announce its annual Happy Hour for Hunger at Spasso is back!

Happy Hour for Hunger is a good excuse to leave the office behind
and enjoy a drink or two with the community! Come mix and mingle with your
neighbors while supporting a great cause. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.

Hosted on the beautiful outdoor patio at Spasso- free
appetizers, a drawing, mystery bags and a silent auction are sure to provide a

Shred Cancer

The American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) and PROSHRED® Security
(Proshred) will host their fourth annual, nationwide “Shred Cancer”
event on Saturday, June 3. Community members are invited to bring their
personal documents to be securely shredded while raising funds for

Founded in 1923 by Alvina Hammer, Hammer provides residential caring support for adult and children with developmental disabilities. Hammer Residences, Inc. serves more than 1500 individuals with a wide range of intellectual disabilities like Autism and Down syndrome. 275 adults reside in 36 group homes and 10 apartment programs in the western suburbs of Minneapolis.
