Liz Banfield Nothing says winter better than the lake area’s Arctic Fever celebration. This year’s fifth annual event, held January 15–16 in Excelsior, Shorewood and Tonka Bay, did not disappoint. Residents enjoyed sleigh and dogsled rides, a hot air balloon lift, cross country ski and bike races, human bowling, and much more.
