Liz Banfield And they’re off! The 27th annual Dachshund Races were held Sept. 10 during Wayzata’s James J. Hill Days. The dogs, their owners and a massive crowd watched the little legs run at Wayzata West Middle School. In the end, Harley was crowned top dog of the sprints and the fastest of all the Dachshunds—for this year, at least.
