At Wooden Hill’s annual summer fundraising event, community members can come together to support Reach, a nonprofit organization that provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. This all-inclusive event will house a silent auction, delicious food, thirst quenching beverages, music, games and more.
Back by popular demand, award-winning authors Melinda Nelson and Karen Melvin of Boathouses of Lake Minnetonka are returning to host two exclusive guided Boathouses of Lake Minnetonka bus tours to benefit the Minnetonka Center for the Arts. The tours, which will take place on Saturday, June 29, provide a rare opportunity to explore approximately eight boathouses around Lake Minnetonka.
Grab your fluffy friend and a donut to work it all off as you walk or run along the trail. Proceeds of this event support Secondhand Hounds, a nonprofit animal rescue in Minnesota that works to provide a safe shelter, proper veterinary care and daily necessities for pups.

Reach for Resources (Reach) will focus on the theme of “rest and relaxation” for their summer fundraiser this year, holding a unique, resort respite contest as part of the event’s silent auction. Reach’s annual Reach “On Tap” event will be held Monday, June 17, from 6-9 p.m. at Wooden Hill Brewing Company in Edina. The general public is invited to bid either in person at the event or online at https://reachontap.givesmart.com, May 1-June 17, to stay at various resorts.
