Alzheimer’s Association annual Purple Gala is a time to celebrate and honor the
lives of people impacted by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. The evening
includes a reception and silent auction followed by a gourmet dinner, live
auction, entertainment, and after party with a live band. Proceeds from the
Gala raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

The Wildwood Artist Series is pleased to present the Minneapolis Guitar Quartet on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 7:30pm. Lions 30th Annual Snowball Open 18 Hole Golf Event is set for Jan. 28^th,

January 1 Shock your senses in icy Lake Minnetonka and ring in 2017 in the bravest way possible. The Lake Minnetonka Ice Dive is an annual event where daring Minnesotans get the chance to jump into the ice bath that is our lake. Proceeds go to organizations including the Wounded Warrior Project, Excelsior Volunteer Fire, South Lake Police Reserve and Suicide Prevention Program. With steamy breakfast burritos, piping-hot chocolate and rich coffee offered to all participants, the ice dive is a great opportunity to support these organizations and have a brave story to share. Kick off the holidays with a festive evening at the John Rose Oval, when the Friends of Roseville Parks host their annual Holiday Rose Gala. The evening will include creative cuisine, wine, auctions, a gift card tree and entertainment by Michael Johnson, a guitar player, singer and storyteller with hits that include “Bluer Than Blue,” “Almost Like Being in Love” and “The Moon is Still Over Her Shoulder.” Proceeds go towards updating and improving the parks in Roseville. The K9 benefit event this year will feature a raffle, demos, select vendor tables, and local treats. Plan to attend for a great day of community and giving back!

Hero K9 is a national, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to protecting our nation by providing funding to the Public Safety community for the purchase of K9s, training, and necessary equipment.
