Woodbury Days, the city's biggest and most beloved summer festival, returns to Ojibway Park at the end of the month for its 41st year. Organizers report that, last year, almost 300 businesses participated in the event and more than 30,000 people attended. Check online for a detailed schedule of events, but don’t miss some perennial favorites: the business fair, the bingo tent, the petting zoo, the Taste of Woodbury, the beer tent…you get the idea. The seventh annual 10,000 Lakes Concours d’Elegance happens this July at the Excelsior Commons. The lakeside park will play host to one-of-a-kind historic cars (including many of their owners dressed in period garb and ready to chat with show-goers), boats and motorcycles. Guests can also shop at vendor booths, listen to live music, munch on treats from food stalls, and visit the kids’ zone.
