This demonstration class will take full advantage of its versatility by exploring a range of recipes, including halibut with tomato coulis and Kalamata olive and tarragon topping, halibut with citrus beurre blanc, and macadamia nut-encrusted halibut with coconut curry sauce and mango chutney.
Reinvent an old classic with this class on salad-making. Recipes include wild rice and chicken breast salad, wild rice salad with mushrooms and cashews, vegetarian main dish salad with peppers and quinoa, fruit salad with a tangy orange sauce, and a raspberry spinach salad with glazed pecans. You’ll also learn to make feta cheese, blue cheese and orange dressing. With this arsenal of healthy recipes, you’re sure to have a delicious summer. Ages 18 and up.
