Chef Peter is cooking up something saucy this month. Learn how to spice up your dishes with the likes of hollandaise, gravy and marinara. The menu also includes vinaigrette varieties, pesto, caesar, béchamel and rum caramel sauce

No Need to Knead

Learn the basics of pizza, flatbread and focaccia, and whip up a few dough samplings by mixing, not kneading. Cooks will also receive information on whole-wheat dough options, topping recipes and hints for grilling pizza. Valentine’s Dinner and Candlelight Walk

If you’re looking for a creative and slightly unconventional Valentine’s Day date, the Lowry Nature Center has just the ticket. This evening includes a romantic dinner served next to a crackling fireplace, live music by the Roe Family Singers, and a meet-and-greet with a live raptor, all capped off by a winter stroll down a candlelit trail through the woods—with an outdoor fire waiting for you at the end.
