Few fish are as versatile or as universally liked as the flaky, mild halibut. This demonstration class will take full advantage of its versatility by exploring a range of recipes, including halibut with tomato coulis and Kalamata olive and tarragon topping, halibut with citrus beurre blanc, and macadamia nut-encrusted halibut with coconut curry sauce and mango chutney.
