Frosty Morning,which placed third in the Wildlife and Nature category of our annual Lens on Lake Minnetonka photo contest, was taken along Birch Bluff Road (Tonka Bay) by Judy Voigt Englund of Excelsior.
Minnetonka High School’s (MHS) Homecoming Parade moved along Excelsior’s Water Street, which was lined with parade goers. The event featured MHS cubs, sports teams, grades and members of the Homecoming Court.
