Louise Woehrle's New Documentary

Her documentary tells of her uncle's life in a POW camp.

Filmmaker Louise Woehrle says the quiet of Deephaven allows her to create her award-winning documentaries. Living by her mission statement: "Shining a light on stories that need to be told," she's currently creating a documentary about her Uncle Charles, a survivor of a prisoner of war camp highlighted in the movie The Great Escape. Featured in The New Tork Times and on The TODAY Show. Stalag Luft III-One Man's Story, will immerse viewers into the world of being captured after falling from the sky in a B-17 and living in the camp for two years.
