New Restaurant, New American food

The Hotel Landing in Wayzata is home to the stylish ninetwentyfive restaurant.

Restaurant ninetwentyfive opened at the end of June at the Hotel Landing in Wayzata. The menu features New American cuisine, combining traditional American flavors and cooking techniques with fresh produce, meats and cheeses.

The kitchen is headed by executive chef Ryan Lund, who has 11 years of executive chef experience. Lund served as the executive chef at Kitchen Window and worked at Lucia’s Restaurant and Bar for a decade, wher he honed his skills in local sourcing and seasonal menu management.

The two-level restaurant inside the Hotel Landing “will give Lake Minnetonka residents, hotel guests and surrounding community members a new option for an elegantly casual restaurant experience,” says ninetwentyfive director of sales and marketing Andrea Vieyra.
