Corks for a Cause

Please join Everly Farms and Northwest Tonka Lions Club for the 3rd Annual Corks for a Cause, a delicious and meaningful evening of local food, wine, music and fundraising to support Crescent Cove, Minnesota’s only pediatric hospice and respite care home. Crescent Cove provides round-the-clock care to children and young adults ages 0-21 with life-limiting conditions at no out-of-pocket cost to families.

One of only four pediatric hospice facilities in the country for families of children with shortened life expectancies, Crescent Cove offers a space they can utilize for short breaks of rest, or an option beyond the hospital or home environment for compassionate, end-of-life care for their child. Crescent Cove has supported more than 430 families across Minnesota and surrounding communities since 2018.

Corks for a Cause will feature appetizers and desserts from Twin Cities restaurants including The Table, a new restaurant and tasting room at Everly Farms, wine from more than a dozen local wineries across Minnesota and Wisconsin, a brief presentation from a Crescent Cove family, and live music from Midbros Band.

Corks for a Cause is a 21+ event, and with registration, guests will enjoy:

• Appetizers and desserts from local restaurants, including The Table at Everly Farms, Café Latte, Buddy Boy Fine Barbeque, Cookie Cruiser x A to Z Creamery, Fox & Pantry, Heather’s Minnetonka, and T-Rex Cookies and more.
• Chance to bid on live and silent auctions from a Joe Mauer autographed baseball to one-of-a-kind travel experiences donated by Everly Farms owners, Frank and Esther Weigel, and generous friends.
• Wine raffle drawings every half hour.
