A familial scene captures a happy memory.
“This gentleman is actually my dad,” Ann Beadle-Reinitz says. “I took the photo because I don’t have a lot of photos of my dad, and he looked really nice that day.” The photo was taken just before the Spirit of the Lakes parade in Mound. “The image says to me that he was happy that day as it was cool and not as humid, and he was happy to be spending time with his daughter and son-in-law,” she says.
