Relish summer evenings with music on the Great Lawn.
For years, the City of Wayzata and the Parks and Trails Board have teamed up to bring music and entertainment to Sunday evenings into late summer. Growing in popularity, this beloved get-together now draws roughly 200–300 attendees each week.
Sunday Music in the Park features a dynamic mix of local and regional bands, spanning a range of musical styles. Enjoy four music-filled nights 4:30–6 p.m. August 2 (Wailing Loons), 9 (Salsa Del Soul), 16 (Potluck String Band) and 23 (Power of 10 Quartet) on the Great Lawn near Lake Street. The vibrant green space offers a perfect backdrop for an evening of live music and community gathering.
