The Schram Vineyards restaurant invites guests to its summer experience weekend.
Bonfire & Barrel’s Summer Starts Here event offers three nights of entertainment and celebration at Schram Vineyards, one of Lake Minnetonka’s longtime favorite local vineyards. Running from June 4–6, the kick-off includes craft cocktails, lakeside dining and live music on the restaurant’s expansive new deck and patio area.
Overlooking Reitz Lake on the Schram Vineyards estate, Bonfire & Barrel, which soft-opened in November, is gaining a name for its dinners and weekend brunches. The restaurant also features a new, dedicated tasting room to gather and explore wines, a full service bar and a wide-ranging seasonal menu. Alongside its wine, the vineyard is serving up Schram Haus beer, which is brewed onsite.
Following an exclusive media preview June 4, the main weekend festivities start June 5. The day begins with a celebration of summer, where locals and community members can experience a Champagne toast; a cigar bar, hosted by International Cigars; and happy hour specials. From 5–8 p.m., Singleton Street will play a mix of Americana and bluegrass music, while guests can enjoy the new deck and patio area.
On June 6, the grand celebration heralds in the upcoming season and signals the restaurant’s official opening. The Dasher Duo, a Nashville-based band, will perform live music from 2–5 p.m., anchoring a day full of lawn games, special tastings and surprise giveaways. The day features unique “delight drop” moments, where every 90 minutes guests can enjoy limited-time food and drink experiences.
Beyond this weekend, Schram Vineyards will begin its Passport Program, a month-long initiative running throughout June to encourage guest engagement. Visitors collect stamps for their visits and experiences, and each stamp serves as an entry into a grand prize drawing during the vineyard’s anniversary week in July. The winner will take home a wine barrel and a VIP vineyard experience
