Real Runabouts Rendezvous

The Land-O-Lakes Classic Boat Club is hosting their annual vintage boat show—The Real Runabouts Rondezvous—at the docks at Lord Fletchers on Lake Minnetonka.

Friday’s cruise and lunch are always a highlight of the weekend and not to be missed. The day starts at 9 a.m. at the newly constructed Panoway on Wayzata Bay docks for a quick photo opportunity. We recommend launching your boat across the bay at the Grey’s Bay Public boat landing, however there is also a smaller public launch located adjacent to the Panoway on Wayzata Bay that is closer but less parking spots potentially. From there, we’ll cruise Lake Minnetonka in parade formation, arriving approximately 11 a.m. at Al & Almas waterfront Supper Club for a private group lunch. After lunch, cruise participants will have the option to continue an afternoon parade cruise, or to cruise on your own. After the cruise, you’re welcome to reload your boat, or tie up at the Lord Fletcher’s Old Lake Lodge docks (overnight at your own risk if you like). Then, we’ll regroup at Lord Fletcher’s for happy hour with cash bar at 5 p.m., and our private group Rendezvous Dinner at 6 p.m.
