Christmas in Excelsior

Christmas in Excelsior is a magical time. Trees adorned with white lights, old-fashioned lamp poles entwined with evergreens, and holly, snow-covered streets filled with bustling shoppers, adoring the quintessential small-town holiday experience. This is a tradition both community members and businesses have come to anticipate and expect with the first chill in the air.

Christmas in Excelsior is a month-long series of events kicking off with Small Business Saturday the Saturday after Thanksgiving, followed by tree-lighting, carolers,  Santa visits and wagon rides the first weekend in December. Festivities continue each weekend until Christmas.
