The Art of Living Well podcast wants you to have your healthiest year yet.

If someone asked you what your healthiest life looked like, how would you answer? The Art of Living Well podcast wants you to have your healthiest year yet.

“We are really trying to inspire you to be the best you [that] you can be,” says Marnie Dachis Marmet whose podcast hopes to spotlight the newest 2020 wellness trends, insight on the power of friendship, “how to work your best life” advice and more.

Marmet and Stephanie May Potter started the podcast near the end of 2019 after meeting at a Master Mind group for entrepreneurial women about how to grow their businesses. The pair wanted to reach a larger audience about wellness when the idea for The Art of Living Well podcast was born.

The podcast includes a weekly interview with a motivational guest, mindset advice, information about nutrition and movement, travel advice, product reviews and more. The hosts believe that by tuning in, you’ll find inspiration and tips that are realistic and doable in everyday life.
