Alumni of all ages are invited to celebrate in downtown Excelsior.
On July 27, 2024, Water Street will host thousands of returning Skippers for the All-Class, All-Friend Reunion.
Start off the day by parking at Minnetonka High School, where current students will offer tours from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Once you’ve completed your trip down memory lane, jump on one of the free shuttles operating from 4–10:30 p.m. to join the festivities in downtown Excelsior, including live music, food trucks, alumni merchandise and more.
The first all-class reunion, organized by the Minnetonka Alumni Association (MAA), was held in July 2002 to honor the 50th anniversary of Minnetonka High School. Over 3,000 people returned to the Lake Minnetonka area to connect with their classmates over a fun-filled weekend. Thanks to the success of the initial event, the all-class reunion now takes place every four years. COVID-19 delayed the 2022 event, but the hiatus is over and it’s time to celebrate.
The all-class reunions serve as MAA’s main fundraising event. These funds maintain the general operations of MAA, sponsor alumni recognition awards and support teacher grants in the categories of fine art, science and technology and student well-being.
