Did you know that non-travelers are significantly less active in their daily lives than people who travel?

Our family does not think about our health and wellness without including travel. Yes, you read that right. Did you know that non-travelers are significantly less active in their daily lives than people who travel? Studies have shown that people who prioritize travel not only get more fit on vacation by increasing the amount of walking they do, but they also tend to keep those habits long after they’ve returned home. One of travel’s most significant impacts on our health and wellness is its ability to reduce stress. It’s a life-changer. When we travel, we experience a deepened and broadened perspective, boosting our mental health. Studies have shown that even the anticipation of a vacation significantly improves our mental health. And, of course, it’s fun. Travel has kept our entire crew healthier, from parents to the kids.
