Artist and elementary school art teacher Ky McDonald has embarked on a new series inspired by taking females created by the great historical masters and fast forwarding them to the present. I appreciate the serenity and enjoyment I feel from these women, enjoying each other’s company. McDonald educates her students that the world of art is not black and white but is comprised of many brilliant colors.
