Winners of the 2016 Lens on Lake Minnetonka Photo Contest

Congratulations to our talented local photographers.
"Nostalgia"

Every summer, we ask readers to submit their photos to our annual Lens on Lake Minnetonka contest. This year, our editorial and art jury selected winners in five categories: Activities & Events; People & Families; Pets; Wildlife & Nature; and City Landmarks. In September, readers chimed in, too: They voted online for their overall favorite photo, the Readers’ Choice winner. We’ll be publishing a selection of these winning photos in the magazine throughout the coming year. Congratulations to these talented local photographers!

The editorial and art jury reserved the right to move a photograph to a different category than the one in which it was submitted, and to award places based on the number and quality of photographs received. The Readers' Choice winner is the photograph that receives the total highest number of votes from readers on lakeminnetonkamag.com (all photographs submitted to the contest are on the ballot). The editorial and art jury has no involvement with selecting the Readers' Choice winner.
