Fitspace Wayzata offers a no-membership model for wellness.

These days, there seem to be fewer and fewer excuses for not working out—fitness options abound, and there really is something for everyone. Fitspace Wayzata is one of the newer entrants in the Lake Minnetonka-area boutique fitness scene, and they offer a model that’s personalized to the extreme: individual personal trainers with a variety of areas of expertise. “We are a modern fitness community that has no memberships, and offers personal training, small group training, nutrition and recovery services,” says co-founder and owner Stephanie Winters.

The no-membership model means that clients pay just for a package of sessions they’ll use, from personal training to meetings with a nutritionist to small group classes. “It’s important for us to meet you where you are at,” says Winters. “Our clients range from professional athletes to stay-at-home moms, to grandparents and teenagers looking to get fit.”

She adds, “We love being a part of the Wayzata community and look forward to serving more clients in our new space.”
