Uptown Art Fair

The Uptown Art Fair in Minneapolis is the winner of more than 115 International Festivals and Events Association Awards, and it isn’t hard to see why. The Art Fair is three days of creative fun, from art activities to wine tasting to a Culinary Arts competition. There is non-stop entertainment ranging from reggae to magic on the performance stage, and festival food galore. The main star of the show, however, is the art: ranging from limited editions to one-of-a-kind treasures from more than 350 talented artists from around the world. Free. The Little Mermaid

This Disney animated classic has been running at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres since February 28, and critics and audiences have loved it. Mame

Minnetonka Theatre presents Mame, a Tony award-winning musical, with songs like “Bosom Buddies” and “We Need a Little Christmas,” written by the composer of Hello, Dolly! The Wiz

This musical is a modern twist on the familiar story. Dorothy is a shy Harlem school teacher who gets whisked away to a world resembling a whimsical version of New York City. Wayzata Art Experience

Summer Arts Camp

The Minnetonka Center for the Arts presents this summer-long day camp program, which offers half-day or full-day programs for children ages 5 to 15.
